14302 Option: 30 amp Aluminum PIB Avoid keeping your garage door open or running a generator cord through a door or window! Gen/Tran Power Inlet Boxes provide safety, convenience, and protection. Available with or without a circuit breaker, this power inlet box is what you need to safely install a generator plug on the outside of a structure. Features: -Raintight Design: Generator cord connection is oriented on the bottom face of the unit so it is raintight even when the generator cord is connected. -UL tested and certified to UL standard 231 for power outlets. Optional circuit breakers are certified for UL 489. -Simple Installation: NEMA 3R box is suitable for surface mounting outdoors. Ground post is incorporated into enclosure. 1/2'' and 3/4'' knockouts provided on sides and back for hardwiring to generator or transfer switch. -Durable: Corrosion-resistant aluminum enclosure provides long life and is paintable! -Warranty: 24 months on parts and workmanship -Dimensions: Without breaker 6''W X 5''H X 4.875''D, with breaker 6''W X 9''H X 4.875''D Specifications: -NEMA Male Inlet: L14-30 -Max Amps: 30 Amps @ 120/240V -Max Generator Watts: 7500 -Compatible Gen/Tran Transfer Switches: 3028, 301660, 301060You can avoid running generator cords through a door or window with the GenTran 30 Amp aluminum power inlet box. You can connect generators up to 7,500 watts to this power inlet box during an outage. Constructed of rust-free aluminum, this box is rain-tight even when the cord is connected. The NEMA 3R-rated aluminum enclosure won't rust and it includes a NEMA L14-30 male inlet. It comes with a 2-year limited warranty.
